In order for your Registration for EarthSong WitchCamp to be accepted, you must agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration Fees

To secure your place, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200 is required.

In order to secure a discounted rate, the balance of full payment needs to be received within the applicable timeline for that discounted rate.

Your payments MUST be able to be identified.  Please remember to add the Transaction ID from your registration as the Reference on the deposit.  If you don't know your Transaction ID then include your name.  If we can't identify the payment, we cannot hold your place.

Waiver & Confirmation

You understand that the EarthSong WitchCamp is guided by the ‘Principles of Unity’ and therefore actively supports inclusion and the celebration of diversity. As such, you understand that the WitchCamp will be attended by people from all walks of life with the unified intention of spiritual, magical and personal growth. You agree to act in accordance with the ‘Principles of Unity’ for the duration of the Camp and although it can occasionally be a challenge, you will live and let your fellow campers live too.

You will not hold the EarthSong WitchCamp Organising Collective responsible for any injury, illness or loss/damage of personal property. You realise that there is no insurance between the worlds and will arrange for the appropriate travel/holiday insurance as you feel necessary. You understand that you are expected to be responsible for your own body, spirit, heart, soul and mind for the duration of the WitchCamp.

You understand that WitchCamp is a spiritual intensive, not a festival, and is therefore a strictly drug and alcohol free event.

As a spiritual intensive, you must be 18 or over to attend.

If you are 16-18 and believe you have sufficient experience and would be attending with a parent, please contact the organising committee to discuss options.
